Arrival Information

We’re thrilled to welcome you to our lodge! To ensure a seamless check-in experience, please follow these instructions.

Key Access

Your keys are conveniently located in a secure lockbox by the front door. We will send you the lockbox code on the day of arrival.

Entry

The key will give you access via the front door. Please remember to return the key to the lockbox when you leave.

Check-in time

Check in time is anytime after 4pm. If you could let us know your ETA, that will help us ensure everything is ready for your arrival. Check-out time is 10am. We have included more details about the check-out procedures in the “Departure Information” section.

Parking

The drive has space for two cars. If you need to park on the road, please be courteous of other road users and do not block the road or pavement.

What should you bring

Our lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with L’Or coffee machine (compatible with a variety of coffee pods (e.g. Nespresso pods)), dishwasher and washing machine. We also provide plenty of blankets and all linen and towels. We do however recommend bringing some warm slippers to wear in the lodge (we have a shoes off policy) and if you are bringing a dog remember to bring a towel, their bed and blanket (we provide a food bowl and drink bowl).
